Our launch collection dispatches from inventory in the United States. We currently serve the contiguous United States.

How long does shipping take?

Each product page lists its estimated preparation time and transit time separately. Please add both when planning your order. Weekends, holidays, weather and carrier delays may affect delivery. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking is emailed after your parcel ships. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Ordering for a special date

Please order early for gifts or a special occasion and check the estimate for each item. We do not guarantee delivery by a particular holiday date unless expressly confirmed.

Shipping charges and addresses

Any shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. Please check your full street address before ordering. Contact us promptly if you need to request a correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

For tracking questions, missing parcels or damaged items, contact us with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos of the item and packaging.
