Refund policy

30-day returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Start a return

Email sebastienfifa@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items to our business mailing address or back to a supplier without instructions.

Return costs

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with photos so we can arrange a suitable replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. Original paid shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible. For an exchange, request a return and place a new order.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
